There are several ways to request prayer:

• Complete a Prayer Request Card and drop it in the prayer receptacle located in the Worship Center
  
• Come to the altar during the prayer period of any worship service

6. How do I become a member of Shiloh Baptist Church?

Candidates for membership may apply for membership by appearing before the Pastor, Deacon Ministry, or church congregation at any worship service. Candidates may also choose to apply via one of the following methods:

• By the Ordinance of Baptism by immersion, following a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
  
• By letter from another church of like Faith and order; by certificate or statement of baptism by immersion on profession of faith in another Baptist church
  
• By restoration to membership with the right hand of fellowship
  
• By statement of Christian experience and/or baptism by immersion
  
• By Watch Care for a temporary period
