Greetings Women of Shiloh,
Truly, our lives have been deeply impacted by the rapidly changing situation in our nation and in our world. I pray that you and your families stay safe in this peculiar season. The Women of Destiny will continue to pray for you, your families, and your world. As we do so, we hope that you will join us virtually for Women’s Month.
Yes, May is still women’s month at Shiloh Baptist Church! We have an opportunity for you to worship our Lord as we learn together as the Women of Destiny.
Our theme this year is “Women Becoming Remnant Ready”. We have planned some exciting activities for our women’s month and pray that you will be a part of our time together.
We will be hosting a Coffee and Tea Bible study. The Bible study begins this Saturday, May 2nd, and will continue each Saturday, concluding May 23rd. Our gathering time is 9:00 am. We will connect using zoom. You can connect at www.shiloh-bc.org/womensstudy or by visiting zoom.us and entering the meeting ID 952-1783-8977, password WOD!. Please click here for instructions on how to use Zoom.
We look forward to spending time together, fellowshipping, and studying God’s word.
Additionally, we will also be hosting a “Why Wednesday” on May 6, at 7:00 pm. During this time, teachers in our church will give advice and answer questions about how to make the best of helping our parents and school-aged children. We will connect using zoom. You can connect at www.shiloh-bc.org/whywednesday or by visiting zoom.us and entering the meeting ID 964-1383-8217, password WOD!. Please click here for instructions on how to use Zoom.
Because it is not wise for us to physically gather together in the sanctuary, we will celebrate Women’s Weekend in November. Hopefully, by that time, we can celebrate together in the house of God for Women’s Day on the fourth Sunday, November 22nd.
Women’s Season has always been a time that we cherish. This year it will look different, but we are ready for God’s word and spirit to empower us and our community. I pray that you will join us.
